Haochang Shou, PhD

Associate Professor of Biostatistics

Dr. Shou’s methodological research focuses mainly on developing novel functional data analysis and machine learning models for multimodal and longitudinal imaging measures, wearable computing sensor data, and assessing biomarker reproducibility. Her collaborations expand across Radiology, Psychiatry, and Neurology within and beyond Penn Medicine in areas of mental disorders, brain development, aging, and chronic kidney disease. She is currently the Associate Director of Penn Statistics in Imaging and Visualization Endeavor (PennSIVE) and a core faculty member at the Center for Statistics in Big Data (CSBD).
