Jennifer H. Han, MD, MSCE

Assistant Professor of Medicine and Epidemiology

Dr. Han’s major research interests focus on healthcare-associated infections, antibiotic resistance and antibiotic use. She has a particular interest in infections due to multidrug-resistant organisms in post-acute healthcare settings, including long-term acute care hospitals (LTACHs) and long-term care facilities. Her current projects include a National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases-funded Career Development Award (K01) to evaluate the molecular and clinical epidemiology of carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae in LTACHs.
