Weijie Su, PhD

Associate Professor of Statistics and Data Science; and Biostatistics

Dr. Weijie Su is an Associate Professor in the Department of Statistics and Data Science (The Wharton School) and, by courtesy, in the Department of Computer and Information Science and the Department of Biostatistics, Epidemiology and Informatics at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Su serves as a co-director of the Penn Research in Machine Learning Center. He obtained his Ph.D. from Stanford University in 2016 and received his bachelor's degrees in mathematics and economics from Peking University in 2011.

Statistical machine learning, high-dimensional inference, large-scale multiple testing, optimization, privacy-preserving data analysis
