Dr. Dawwas’s research focuses on post-marketing evaluation of the comparative effectiveness and safety of medical products particularly in the areas of diabetes and hematology. She is interested in advanced pharmacoepidemiology study design techniques, especially methods to detect and quantify residual confounding and bias in observational research.
